Jirón Tumbes

I was hired to propose a restoration of an interior courtyard in an old adobe house in Barranco, where different artists would have their studios. The space would hold a loft studio with a mezzanine.

Therefore I decided to contain and revive the existing adobe walls with a wood frame structure, that supported a new roof while bracing the existing walls and giving this interesting spatiality.
