La Bienvenida

As part of a country/beach condo I was commissioned to design the base plans for a club house, as well as images of the condo, base plans for example houses and renders that would interest buyers in purchasing a plot. The overall spirit of the project was to create a leisure space with natural low-cost materials, such as wood, adobe and brick.

I decided to include this project in my portfolio since it shows my experience dealing with clients and meeting their needs. For them, the design was not the most important issue; they needed simple structures, drawings and renders to get customers.
